Final-Halfcourt

This is a last second play we would use if we had the ball in an out of bounds situation on our end of the court, against a man to man defense. The 4 spot should represent your best passer, the 2 spot your best jumper or all around athlete, 1 your point guard, 5 your best screener and 3 another screener. On the slap of the ball 1 is going to run his defender off of a baseline screen from 3. After seting the screen for 1, 3 is going to cut hard to the ball. We could pass to 1 or 3, but the purpose of all this movement is to clear out the middle for a backscreen on 2's defender. 5 comes up and sets a backscreen for 2, who cuts hard to the basket. When 4 sees the backscreen he should ball fake and then throw a pass over the top to 2, who will hopefully catch and score.
