Who can apply?
You can apply for a Saskatchewan. birth certificate if you are:
(a) the person whose name appears on the certificate
(b) parents of the person whose name appears on the certificate
(c) a legal guardian of the person whose name appears on the certificate
(d) a person with authorization from (a), (b) or (c) to obtain the birth certificate
